You could call this our ‘fundamental’ Jira training – the essential starting point for organising your projects. We’ll teach you how to set up your first projects, organise teams, and create initial reports and dashboards. Then we move on to slightly more advanced topics, such as integrating Jira with Confluence – but nothing too daunting; it’s all still considered the basics. By the end of the training, you’ll also know how to set up some basic automation rules.

Jira and Confluence Administrator
Large organisations – and with them, large-scale Jira environments – simply can’t operate efficiently without a dedicated Jira Admin. One of the key strengths of Jira and other Atlassian tools is their flexibility to adapt to the specific needs of each organisation. That’s exactly where the Jira Admin comes in.
Our Atlassian-certified trainers have worked as Jira Admins on countless projects, so you’ll gain first-hand insight into everything needed to handle day-to-day tasks – from setting up permissions and issue types to managing complex workflow requirements. This is our most advanced course and is definitely not for beginners. If you’re looking to build a career as an Atlassian consultant or administrator, this course was made for you.
